Parking Areas:

1. Lot J:

Located at the entrance to Mardi Gras World, along Henderson Street. It is an unpaved parking area for busses, Convention Center employees, and Convention Center contractors with ID's.

12-hour parking is available with the purchase of a $5 ticket from the kiosk machine in the parking lot.

2. Hertz Parking Garage:

Also known as the Fulton Garage, located at 901 Converntion Center Boulevard. Parking is available for $7 to anyone with a Parking Membership. The Security Office is located on the second floor of garage where Parking Membership applications can be obtained.

3. Surrounding Area:

Parking in the surrounding areas along Tchoupitoulas and Announciation upriver from The Pontchartrain Expressway are are usuaually free, but check areas first to be sure. The walking distance from there to the convention center are considerably farther away than the others.  

4. Sundays:

Parking is free in all Pay Parking Zones along city streets in downtown and the Central Business District.
