IX.  Tools and Supplies.

            Each job applicant referred to the Company by the Hiring Hall shall have in his possession suitable personal tools to accomplish his assigned duties.  The tools shall consist of at least, but not limited to:

                 1.    Hammer

                 2.     Screwdriver

                 3.     Pliers

                 4.    Crescent Wrench

                 5.   Staple Gun (to accept one-fourth inch staples to be provided at all times by the Company).

                 6.    Phillips Screwdriver

                7.    Carpet Knife

                8.    Utility Knife (may be "pocket knife", razor knife, etc.).

                9.    Tape Measure

               10.   Battery operated screw gun that is fully charged (all journeymen for I & D work).

               11.   5mm Allen Wrench

               12.   Flash Light (On Theatrical Productions)

               Any job applicant  referred to the Company without appropriate tools shall thereby waive any rights to minimum call time. The Company will provide to all employees a secured area to store tools while on a call.
